Jesus Christ is a False Messiah?

According to Jesus鈥?admissions, as well as the Bible鈥檚 prophecies, Jesus of Nazareth could not have been the Messiah. This of course, would invalidate Christianity as we know it. The compilation presented here shall be split in three sections. The first shall be the biblical prophecies that were made in order to identify the messiah, which Jesus does not fulfill. The second shall be the prophecies that Christians use to say that Jesus was the Messiah, yet they clearly fail. The third set shall be the prophecies and statements Jesus made yet they are false and have never came true.

Prophecies to Identify the Messiah, Which Jesus Does Not Fulfill:

1) Matthew 1:23 says that Jesus (the messiah) would be called Immanuel, which means ';God with us.'; Yet no one, not even his parents, call him Immanuel at any point in the bible.

2) The Messiah must be a physical descendant of David (Romans 1:3 %26amp; Acts 2:30). Yet, how could Jesus meet this requirement since his genealogies inJesus Christ is a False Messiah?
Now I'm really laughing out loud. Keep 'em coming.Jesus Christ is a False Messiah?
Keep asking the questions.....many of my best Christian friends started out just like this! Truth no matter where it leads. By the way,I also like the Doors.
Item 1: Well, yes, you're absolutely right about that point, and it might be noted that he never claimed to be the Messiah. In fact, he denied it. And, while the messiah is supposed to be alive in every age, and rabbiis have acknowledged that various rebbas were the messiah, but that the time had not yet come, Yeshua (whom you are calling Jesus and is usually translated as Joshua) is pretty much universally acknowledged as failing to meet the requirements.

Item 2: One of his parents was decended of David, the other was heir to the most powerful tribe in Israel, making him clearly a claimant to the throne of Israel. As to the virgin birth, as that was only added 500 years after Jesus' death.....

Item 3: Check your history. Israel had been conquered by the Roman empire, and thus Israel as a state had been destroyed. And some centuries before that, there had been a political civil war wherein part of Israel split off, after which they had been conquered and some of them had been converted to other religions, thus the hatred of the Samaritans as Jews who had converted, and the generation of several lost tribes.

Item 4: The reference to Matthew 21:4 refers back to Zachariah 9:9, which is the proper procedure for the king of Israel to enter the city of Jerrusalem. John 12:14-15. I don't really see your point. This is just a reminder of the traditional Jewish viewpoint that all Jews are equal in the sight of their god.

Conclusion: Starting with the Nicean creed, we see the belief in Christianity converted from a sect of Judaism into a religion based on political power. If you truly wished to question the validity of Christianity as a widespread religion, I would have mentioned where Jesus forbade his followers from teaching it to goyem (non-Jews) and referred to them, metaphorically, as dogs. Between Paul, (the first tele-evangelist sans t.v.) and the Nicean creed, Christianity thereafter violated every principle that Jesus taught and believed in, and became something violent toward and hateful of not only Jews but everything they believe as well, and that would make him a false messiah as well.

Three, three, three gods in one! Make up your mind.
Jesus Christ is the one and only Messiah and those who believe in Him will have eternal life.
some one is going to be mad

2points for me :)
Jesus is the Messiah! He is the one and only !!
people do not think about what they believe, they do whatever thier parents teach them
The true Prince of Peace was Buddha. Just look at the actions of his followers versus those that have followed Jesus. The truth shines loud and clear in the facts!
1-Yeshua and Immanuel mean the same thing- thus they are the same name.

2- Mary, His mother is a direct descendant of David, so this has been fulfilled. Nowhere in scripture is the genealogies of the woman discredited, nor can it be.

3- who was ruling over Jerusalem at the time of Yeshuas birth? The Romans, seems to me that if some other country was ruling over them, that Israels Kings were overthrown, thus your conclusion of Isaiah 7:16 has been proven wrong.

Seems to me you need to do a little more studying and searching the Bible, before you try to disprove it.

By the way, does your name make you who you are? If no one called you by the name your parents gave you- would that change your person in any way, your purpose of life, your name is what you are called by, and nothing more.
hogwash on you
Oh No, you just disproved Christianity.....not

Just keep telling yourself that.
God bless you and have mercy on you b/c if you keep thinking like this. Your eternity isn't looking to peaceful
Yes, but we needed to NAIL in on someone...
this is too serious for me man .. but thanks for the 2 points anyway
Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buddy your filled with alot of hot air and convection, you don't want to serve Jesus then don't , keep your silly ideas to yourself.

A mind that thinks this stupidity up is a very scary one and one the world doesn't need to listen to.. You anti God people are why this world is so bad, you have no fear of nothing and act as you want cause you think you have all the right answers, well buddy i hope your right, cause one day, try explaining it to God I can't wait to see that.
He was just as real as any of the other 8,000 messiahs of his time period.
