Do Muslims believe that the False Messiah will establish his Evil rule from Israel ?

There are no old sources that state explicitly where the false messiah will come from and during the 1400 years of islamic history scholars have popinted out to irak, egypt, iran, etc. (basically anywhere they had some enemy at the time of writing).

Muslims believe that Jesus will return in Earth (in a most in middle east) with white clothes to fight the Dejal ( a creature who will claim to be God), they will fight for 7 days and at the end both of them will die, but Jesus will come to save the believers in One God and Jesus as the messinger of God .Do Muslims believe that the False Messiah will establish his Evil rule from Israel ?
not necessarily from israel, but most jews will follow him. it says in many islamic books that he will be one-eyed; and there r many other discriptions. I know that one source says that he will come out from a lake in palestine called tabrya
